We'll come and look at it, check the frame and tell you honestly. The assessment is free, and we'll bring fabric samples so you can see them in your own room.
We tell you when it isn't worth doing
If the frame has gone, reupholstering is money spent on a sofa that will fail again. We check it first and say so. Most of the time the frame is fine and the sofa is well worth saving, but you’ll get an honest answer either way.
Done in our own workshop
Your furniture stays with our own upholsterers rather than being passed to a third party. That means we control the quality, and if anything needs adjusting when it comes back, it goes to the people who did the work.
Fabric chosen for the room it lives in
A sofa beside a west-facing window needs fade-resistant fabric. One in a family room needs something easy to clean. We bring samples to your home so you can see them in your own light before deciding.
Repairs as well as recovering
Sometimes the fabric is fine, and the problem is underneath: a broken spring, loose webbing, a wobbling joint, or a leg that has worked free. We repair frames and support as part of the job, or on their own if that is all your sofa needs.
