We survey before we quote
A price written without seeing the villa is an estimate dressed as a quotation, and it turns into variation orders once the walls come down. We survey first, so the scope you approve is the scope we build.
Design and joinery under one roof
Kitchens, wardrobes, doors and fitted furniture are designed and made by us rather than subcontracted. That means one standard of finish across the villa, and one team accountable if anything needs adjusting later.
We handle community approvals
Requirements differ between developments across Dubai. We prepare and submit what your community needs rather than leaving you to work it out, and we confirm what is required during the survey, before anything is agreed.
Written scope before work starts
You receive a document setting out what is included, what is excluded, and what would count as an addition. It is the simplest protection against a renovation drifting in both cost and time.
10-year warranty
Our joinery and installations are covered for ten years from handover. Any manufacturing defect within that period is put right free of charge, with full terms set out on our warranty page.
