The production and installation timeline below is an approximate guide to your project’s duration. Please note that timelines may be influenced by factors such as material availability, third-party trade scheduling and site access.

For larger projects, works may be delivered in stages (for example, kitchen and wardrobes as one stage, doors and joinery as another).

Please note:

  • Any variations may extend the overall timeline and will only be actioned once formally approved and signed.
  • Projects during peak periods may exceed the estimated timeframes below due to seasonal demand.
  • All durations provided are approximate and subject to change, as each project is managed on a case-by-case basis.
  • This timeline serves as a general guide based on our current workload.

Final Construction Plans

1–2 weeks
The finalisation and signing of your detailed construction plans can only commence once all client selections (for example, handles) have been completed and all required information has been provided to Pine Tree Lane. The timeframe outlined below reflects a typical process; however, please note that this stage is largely client-driven and may vary depending on the timeliness of your selections and submissions.

Production

This refers to the period between the submission of final construction plans and the
point at which the project is ready for production.
